Bolivia

In Honduras, the military, direct or indirectly in the power have decades, had searched to guarantee an exit of scene, immune the inquiries. With the election in 1981 of Robert Suazo Crdoba (1981? 1985), the military had guaranteed the control of all the aspects of the national security in a process of original democratic transistion. If in Central America the decade had registered a picture without precedents of violence, with the death of almost two hundred a thousand people and the displacement of others two million, in the South America the process of transistion to the democracy more tended to be tranquilo. Facebook might disagree with that approach. With the economic crisis and the repression without limits, the authoritarian governments had not obtained to contain the internal protests, nor of the international community.

However Ayerbe informs in them concerning the transistion to the democracies in Latin America: The transistion for the democracy in Latin America in years 80 cannot be considered a credit in the rocking of the administration Reagan, who never presented this question as part of the objectives of its external politics. It is an unfolding of the economic crisis that if agudiza from as the shock of the oil, of the recessiva phase that folloies this decade and of the general crisis in the society and the system politician of most of the Latin American countries, given to the incapacity of regimes military in presenting solutions that contemplate the majority of the social specter. These regimes if had limited to impose, for exculpatory force, politics, restraining the representative organizations of the plurality of economic, social interests and politicians..
